En Newton College estamos buscando un Profesor(a) de Español para secundaria que pueda unirse al equipo en Marzo 2025.

Requisitos:
  • Licenciado(a) en Educación.
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años como docente de secundaria.
  • Experiencia de 3 años en los programas curriculares del PAI y PD del IB (deseable).
  • Experiencia en roles de liderazgo como coordinador y/o Jefe de departamento (deseable).
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos multiculturales y multilingües.
  • Capacitado para diseñar experiencias de aprendizaje atractivas y diferenciadas.
  • Manejo de sistemas informáticos a nivel avanzado.
  • Manejo del idioma inglés.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de enfoques constructivistas para la educación.
Funciones:
  • Planificar, impartir y revisar lecciones de acuerdo con el plan de estudios del IB y nuestra política de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
  • Evaluar el trabajo de los alumnos y registrar su desarrollo y logros de acuerdo con nuestra política de evaluación.
  • Gestionar el aula y los recursos didácticos para crear un entorno de aprendizaje positivo, haciendo un uso eficaz de los recursos disponibles.
  • Motivar a los alumnos para que se esfuercen al máximo en todos los aspectos de la vida escolar y fomentar buenos hábitos de trabajo.
  • Asegurar que cada alumno de un grupo sienta que posee cualidades que se aprecian.
  • Reflejar los valores del colegio y promover estos valores entre sus alumnos.
