WILLIAMSON EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PERU (hereinafter, NEWTON COLLEGE) with Taxpayer Identification Number (RUC) No. 20136629591, located at Av. Ricardo Elias Aparicio No. 240, Urb. Las Lagunas, La Molina district, Lima province and department, Peru.
The information will be stored in the “Educational Events” Database, with registration code RNPDP No. PJ-2026-1603.

I acknowledge that this authorization is optional and subject to my prior and express consent as my child's legal representative. Therefore, if I do not grant it, none of the aforementioned primary purposes can be carried out.
I authorize the processing of my child(ren)'s image and voice for inclusion in various physical or digital documents, such as the institutional website, social media, brochures, and other physical or digital materials produced by Newton College for institutional purposes.
I hereby acknowledge that this authorization is optional and subject to my prior and express consent in my capacity as the legal representative of my child. However, should I not grant such authorization, NEWTON COLLEGE will refrain from processing my child's personal data for the aforementioned secondary purpose.
The information collected will be processed directly by NEWTON COLLEGE; if this information is shared with third parties, I will be informed in a timely manner.
NEWTON COLLEGE recognizes and guarantees the exercise of my rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, information, portability, and revocation, as provided by law. To exercise the aforementioned rights, the data subject must send a request to the address indicated at the beginning of this document or to the email address datos.personales@newton.edu.pe, with the subject line "Personal Data Rights." If I believe that my rights have not been adequately addressed, I may file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data by submitting it to the Records Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Calle Scipión Llona 350, Miraflores, Lima).
