Communication and Solidarity
between parents and teachers
The PTA is the organization that brings together parents and teachers at Newton College, with the aim to provide support in all areas where it can make a beneficial contribution for students. Its main functions are the promotion of communication and solidarity between parents and teachers; to foster a better knowledge of the school’s mission and goals among parents, and to advocate for a unified criteria between home and school, with respect to students’ education.
As part of its activities this year, the PTA has set up work committees to support the various activities that take place at school. Each committee has a PTA representative and a faculty representative, as well as parents who participate in the work teams. These committees include:
