Secondary School English Teacher / Starting: June 3rd 2019


We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Secondary School English teacher to join a thriving and forward-thinking department. We would welcome applications from all suitably-experienced and qualified candidates.

  1. are a fully qualified English teacher, preferably with experience in teaching the IB MYP (Middle Years) and DP (Diploma) Programme English courses;
  2. are totally fluent in both oral and written English;

Head of Human Resources

Position reports to the General Administration.


Duties:

• Update and apply policies and procedures for HR processes: Recruitment and selection, training, development, compensation, internal communication, integration, health and safety, personnel administration, organizational development, retention, creation of HR strategies to restructure the area and align them with the school's objectives.

• Management of contracts, design of policies for attendance and vacations records, among others.

• Constant update of the internal work regulations.

• Participation in the organizational development process.

• Development of strategies to improve the work climate and relations.

• Implementation of labor policies and procedures in accordance with labor legislation.

• Alignment of objectives according to the organization.

• Implementation of the personnel evaluation system.


Personal and professional profile:

• Professional in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related areas, with specialization in HR.

• Experience of no less than 5 years in HR management in posts of responsibility.

• Proficiency in English.

• Solid knowledge of labor legislation.

• Integrity and respect towards others.

• Commitment to the school values.

• A desire for constant improvement.

Auxiliar de Biblioteca


Requisitos

• Estudiante de los últimos ciclos o egresado de la carrera de Bibliotecología

• Experiencia laboral con niños.

• Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio o avanzado.

• De preferencia dominio del Sistema Follet – Destiny.

• Manejo de Formato MARC21 y Sistema Dewey.


Funciones:

• Ingreso de libros al Sistema Destiny.

• Préstamos y devoluciones de libros.

• Orientar a los estudiantes en sus búsquedas de información.

• Preparar actividades para el fomento de la lectura.

• Redacción y publicación de artículos sobre diversas actividades.

• Preparar listados o reportes de Biblioteca, según se solicite.

• Apoyo en la selección de nuevas adquisiciones de libros.

• Apoyo en la coordinación de eventos de biblioteca.

• Seleccionar y preparar material educativo para los salones.

• Otras funciones que vea pertinente asignar su jefe inmediato.
