SONGS, NURSERY RHYMES AND GAMES FROM AROUND THE WORLD: Throughout this unit our Pre-Kinder children had the opportunity to compare the differences between games, nursery rhymes and songs from the past with the ones that are played and sung nowadays. To reach that understanding, the children took home "The Travelling Box" with the aim of investigating the games and songs their parents used to play and sing. Also, they invited their parents to school to sing and play the games or songs they used to play and sing when they were young. All these experiences allowed the children to understand the importance of playing and singing traditional games and songs, not only because they learned about their parents' likes but also because they realised that by playing those games in groups and respecting rules, they could still enjoy them nowadays.

ENTERTAINMENT was one of the funniest Units that our 3 year-old children participated in and enjoyed. During this unit of inquiry our children could appreciate the different ways to entertain themselves and have fun. To reach that understanding, children were exposed to different learning experiences such as: a sports day, a movie day and a hobby day. Through these activities they were able to participate and share different ways to have fun with their friends, learning that through entertainment we can communicate and get to know each other better, learn to respect turns and rules and appreciate what others like and dislike.

CHANGES, our last transdisciplinary unit, was one of the most exciting learning experiences for our children. It was amazing to see them applying all the skills learnt during the year. They really enjoyed having the opportunity to observe, share information and be witnesses to a wide range of changes around us. It was interesting to see the children making predictions and cross-checking using different sources. Also, they demonstrated what good inquirers and communicators they are when, at the end of the unit, they made their own personal projects. Congratulations to all of them!
